Lesley Meirovitz Waite is the author of two YA novels, Jezebel (2023), which Kirkus Review called “A vibrant coming-of-age novel”, and Walking on Train Tracks (2013) about a group of teens on a road trip, which also received acclaimed reviews. In addition to writing, Lesley continues her work with teenagers in emergency psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Lesley lives and writes by the beach in Massachusetts. She has a forever teen spirit and hopes to never retire her trusted boogie board.
